Hi, @WayneMena, I think your best way forward is to talk to "Customer Support" again using the chat facility or phone. If you have had it for less than a year the warranty will still be valid, do not delay.

Hi, @WayneMena, use the search bar to look for posts about charging your "Sense" Briefly check the 4 pins on the charging cable puck, clean the back of your "Sense" and charge for at least 60 minutes. If you see the "Slow Charging" message on your "Sense" give the puck a little wiggle to improve the pin contact and put it down gently in order to avoid disturbing the contacts. Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? also provides advice.

It had charge when it all of a sudden went to start up screen then turned off. Now it’s non responsive, tried turning it back on, tried charging including your previous suggestion, but still nothing. Less than 12 months old with no previous issues what so ever.
