Sense shuts off even after fully charging it

We’ve since the last update a month or so ago, my sense will just completely shut off even with plenty of battery left. Sometimes it’s during exercise and sometimes just during the day or night. I would have to do a hard reset but now I can’t even get it to turn on or reset. Options?

*Edit: contacted support, getting replacement under warranty.

Hey @Rhonda_C,

 

Have you contacted Fitbit Support (link is at the bottom of the page) and asked for a Battery Test?  Something is clearly wrong with the battery and without that test, we won't be able to tell you what the next step is.
