Nowhere can I find if it's better to have skin temperatures from your baseline or above it or below or what any of that means? it says it can detect oncoming illnesses but is that if your baseline is over or under?

Hi @Kounyk , thank you for your inquiry about the temperature detected by the Sense.
Depending on how big of a difference between your baseline temperature and your current reading you can determine if you need to see a doctor or a specialist.
Eg. if you see a small change (colder) below your baseline, it could mean, that you had your wrist outside of your blanket. So there is no need to be checked by a doctor. But if you see a big difference you might have it checked as this could be a symptom of something else.
