Sense sleep data no longer syncing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've only had my Fitbit Sense for 5 days, and for some reason sleep data doesn't seem to be syncing properly over the past couple of days (it was working fine the 2 days prior).

In the fitbit app I can see the number of hours sleep I got, but when I try to tap through to see more info (like the sleep graph) nothing happens.

It says syncing is all up to date and everything, so I don't understand why I suddenly can't see this data.

Hello @laurora are you saying that you only see simple sleep?

Is heart rate enabled?

What does the. app say?

Hello @laurora Welcome to the Community Forums! @Rich_Laue Thank you for the input!

If you refer to Sleep stages, please note that there are a few scenarios where you might see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages:

1. If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.

2. If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?

3. If you slept for less than 3 hours.

4. If your device’s battery is critically low.

For more information, you can see: What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?

In the meantime, try to log out and back into the Fitbit App and restart your phone.

Keep me posted.
