Sense sleep enabled

I purchased a Sense recently & I have noticed the last 2 days my sleep time shows 3:11am but I enabled the sleep hours before that time. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi @1S_C - the sleep schedule in watch settings just puts your watch to sleep, not you.

Try restarting the watch to make sure it is working optimally, it should detect automatically when you fall asleep and wake up. You need at least 3 hours good sleep for it to provide the stages.

If that fails you can edit the night in the sleep tile and it may adjust after waiting some time to allow it to recalculate. It is generally working well.
