FitBit Sense is terrible at giving an accurate heart rate so therefore my calories burned are not calculated correctly while working. I was running bleachers a couple of days ago and it said my heart rate was 109 when it was clearly higher then that. The only time I get an accurate reading is when I'm just sitting still. I've tried restarting, putting it higher on my wrist, putting it lower on my wrist, tightening the band, loosening the band , I've tried so much and nothing. I've call FitBit and they are aware that there is a problem but no fix in sight. So basically spent a lot of money on a watch that is crap. I've also loved my Fitbits. My Versa was great! Wished I had never bought this Sense.

They've been aware for like 2 years. Unfortunately, being aware doesn't solve issues.

From Sense 2 forums, it appears they didnt fix it for Sense 2 either. Nor trivial bugs like the timezone issue with SpO2 recording.
