My sleeping heart rate graph has disappeared. All I get is the average number in the graph and nothing else.

Hello everyone, I appreciate your participation in the Community.
Thank you for the details mentioned, I understand how you are feeling and appreciate your efforts to resolve this. The issue should be resolved with the latest app update (3.41). We roll out the app updates in phases and you should see the option to update the app soon, if you still don't see it. You can confirm the steps to update the app in How do I update the Fitbit app?
@AlekseiA Thank you for providing screenshots.
Hope this helps!

Same here. It has been reported before, but still no responses given by Fitbit. Cmon!

I have the same issue. It will tell me my heart rate, but the graph is empty. I had just logged on to report this too.

My sleeping heart graph is blank as well. I believe this has been lost with the latest firmware update. Has anyone contacted customer support. I will try tonight if I have time.

I did a live chat with support. They are aware of the issue. The support rep said a number or iOS users have been affected by this; Fitbit is currently working on it; and hope to have a fix soon.
I told her that others in the Community were having the same issue and she said everyone should contact support so they have a record of the accounts that have been affected.
Hopefully we'll all have our graphs back soon.

I don’t understand this. If it is an IOS issue then it would affect everyone with an IOS. Seems they fix the software with an upgrade and it’s done.
Why would you have to contact them 🤔

Having the same issue. I wish they would get it fixed, I’ve posted before and they said it was an android problem but I have an iPhone.

When I did the chat with them I said they should look at the Community because others were posting about this too. They told me it was an iphone issue, not android and asked which software update I had. As I had posted yesterday, they said it would be good if others contacted them too so maybe this community isn't the best way to handle this particular issue (although I think it should). You can chat, call or email directly with customer support.

Maybe some people haven't updated to the latest software yet or don't have the premium edition of fitbit so they don't use the sleep app or they just don't have the same glitch a bunch of us have (I've seen Apple update because of bugs that I never experienced). I'm not an IT person so I can only report what they told me.
The more people who contact them directly in customer support, the more information they can gather about how to fix this because they can look at your account to see if there are similarities with others who are experiencing this too.

Many thanks for your comments.
just to confirm that I have all the iOS software always updated as well as Fitbit software and Sense firmware (btw must be already issued some update as so many bugs dear Fitbit tech team 🙏 the last update for iOS was ages ago ).
That problem appeared recently maybe a few weeks ago and happens not every night.
see attached 2 examples :

It’s hard to see the time’s from your pics but did you go to sleep after midnight on the pic where you have the graph data? The problem here is if you are asleep through the midnight hour there is no graph. When I go to bed after midnight, I have a graph. If my Fitbit registers sleep stage start from 11:59 p.m., No Graph

Question.. is there some sort of crash in the software? All of a sudden, my watch face isn’t working correctly. It’s missing numbers and letters. I have tried downloading different faces to see if that resolves the issue, with no avail.

Wait. What? Doesn’t Fitbit monitor this group? They need their customers to post here and report to them?

Add me to the group with this issue. Average value calculated and displayed in the sleep analysis. The graph is blank. Going back to dates a month or two when the graph worked now have blank graphs too. Apparently, the data to support the graph is in the Sense but the software can not generate and display the graph.
The HR function in the tile that is not part of the sleep analysis function still does show a graph of the HR for the day. This graph does show that the HR data is available in the Fitbit app. It is just not working in the sleep analysis function.
The HR graph in the non sleep analysis tile is not a good substitute for the sleep function graph. The former does not have a reference line for the resting HR. It is the relationship between the real time HR and the resting HR that I find most valuable. This reference relationship has been very useful for me to learn what I do, eat or drink before going to bed that impacts the quality of my sleep.

Today the information on the graph for my Estimated Oxygen Variation is missing too. I had this information until this morning. Is this part of the same issue as the Sleeping Heart Rate (because I've lost both now). According to my phone, the Fitbit app was already updated this month. I have 3.40.1 (1043).

Was experiencing same problem with graph.
The upgrade found on App Store fixed my graph.
