Sense snore report not available

I have already activated my snore detection on Sense, however, no reports are generated. Do I have to turn on the Wi-Fi while asleep?

Hi @braveheart8. It's good to see you here in the forums.

Thanks for confirming that the snore detection was activated. The snore report should be generated after syncing in the morning, so it's okay if it not necessary to have your watch connected to Wi-Fi. That being said and just to make sure the correct steps were followed, did you open the Fitbit app and tap the sleep tile > Restoration > View Snore & Noise Report? If that's correct and the reports aren't available, I'd recommend trying the following steps to see how it goes:

  1. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  4. Wear your Sense about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone one more night.
  5. Sync once you're awake and check your details.

Hi there, @braveheart8.

Thanks for trying the steps posted above, I'm sorry the Snore reports aren't appearing on the Fitbit app. This is odd and to look into this situation, please provide me with the following information:

  • Do you have an active Premium subscription?
  • What is the model of your phone?
  • Did you make sure to turn on the microphone on your Sense prior to sleeping?
  • Are you able to see the option View Snore & Noise Report? If not, take a screenshot of the options available and attach it to your post.
