Sense started turning on DND automatically

Ok so in the past few weeks my Sense has started automatically kicking into Do Not Disturb mode around 6pm. I haven't changed a thing. BTW My Sleep mode is set to auto turn on at 11pm & off at 730am. That works just fine. Using a Samsung S20+. Any thoughts?

Sure sounds like you have sleep mode starting at 6 PM because that turns on DND.  I suggest turning off auto sleep mode, and doing it manually for a few nights, to see if that fixes the DND problem.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

That way my initial thinking, that my auto sleep mode setting was all of a sudden malfunctioning; it's set for 11:30PM-7:30AM & has functioned fine since I bought the Sense over a year. I disabled it anyway out of curiosity but the problem persists.  Happened again last evening as a matter of fact.

Additionally my DND & Sleep mode have separate icons on the watch & DND kicks in while sleep mode stays off: I watched DND kick on at 6 last evening. Then at 11:30pm sleep mode kicked in & DND turns off.

@MrDanCB That's because they're two different things. You can't have DND and Sleep Mode on at the same time. Sleep Mode is basically DND with the screen off. That's essentially the only difference.

Right exactly; was just including relevant settings & details of all modes as they are currently on my Sense & have been for quite some time.  I'm aware of all the above which is all the more reason why this seems so random and doesn't appear to be "performing as intended"

@MrDanCB 👍🏼 And you're definitely not accidentally turning with the quick settings toggles when you swipe left to right

@MrDanCB  - just in case it's a new feature have you checked if the phone also gets into Do not disturb and it's being relayed to the watch?

Yes thanks that was the first thing I checked. My Samsung is set to go into
bedtime mode at midnight. Nothing happening on the phone side at 6pm
though. I temporarily disabled the auto-bedtime mode for now. Checking a
few other things & will update when 6pm rolls around tomorrow. Thanks for
your suggestions.

@MrDanCB  - thanks, also check the volume setting on the phone, may be silent has an effect.

And as a precaution clear the Fitbit App storage cache and force stop it, and do a logout and login.

Another test to try to eliminate the phone is to turn Bluetooth off before 6pm.

Lastly eliminate Google Assistant having a schedule, if that is possible.
