My sense is less than a week old. Should I have to reset it daily to start calculating steps and floors accurately

It's great that you have the Sense. In regards to your question, your watch should track your steps, floors and the rest of your data accurately as long as you're wearing it on your wrist. Note that your data will reset each at midnight to start counting your stats from zero. To know more about how accurate the Fitbit devices are, please see this help article. Thanks. I'm still having to reset the device once a day to get it to record accurately.

Thanks for getting back and clarifying that your Sense won't track your steps accurately unless a restart is performed. This shouldn't be happening and I'm sorry for this inconvenience.
