My sense isn’t registering my breathing rate.

Ever since last update Breathing Rate shows no data. It was fine before that. Please help. Thanks. Still within warranty time. Only had it a little over a month. Thanks.

I understood the 5.2 Sense update would fix the one day lag in displaying the SpO2 in the health metrics as all the other measurement data does.
Is anyone else having the same issue?

It could be an App glitch [almost certainly if the heart rate appears on the watch and the watch is syncing]. try
In Android phone Settings * Apps Fitbit Storage - clear cache [not data] Force Fitbit shutdown [though it doesn't seem to fully] Log back in to the Fitbit app
*Quick Shortcut: Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones] |
Or for IOS uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, and redo all notification setup. |
It would also be a good idea to shutdown and start the watch on the charger and restart the phone to ensure best results.

Recently got a Fitbit sense.
I’ve downloaded the SP02 app but it’s not showing on health metrics. Just telling me to download the app. When I click on it, it says it’s downloaded but I’m not getting any information at all. The SP02 clock face doesn’t work either. Everything is updated etc. I can’t work out what’s going wrong.

I've tried replacing the app, restarting the phone, shutting the app down. However none if these produce consistent results. My Sense went 2 weeks with updating my sleep scores, stress management, or health metrics. Then it recorded 5 days in a row and now I am approaching 2 more weeks of nothing. This was an expensive purchase and is very frustrating

New sense with android app user here and I'm getting nothing in HRV and BR. I had assumed it needed several days calibration, but on reading this I'm not so sure 😭. Uninstalling the app and resetting the watch isn't a solution (we should all value our time more!). Fitbit, please fix the issue along with the notification bug.

Since fixing my notification issue (by disabling transliteration), these features are now working. Coincidence? 🤔😊

Is anyone else experiencing issues with the health metrics on their luxe?
My breathing rate, heart rate variability, and skin temperature are reading no data even though I haven’t taken off my Fitbit in the last 5 days. Only my resting heart rate is tracking.
My luxe is updated and I’ve tried logging out and back in.
any advice or guidance on how to fix this?

Hi there, @jenprescott. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Fitbit Luxe before reaching out.
If you cannot see your data on the health metrics tile, it may be because the device has not yet been worn properly for at least 3 nights.
For more detailed information, see What should I know about health metrics in the Fitbit app?
Hope that helps.

I have noticed that in the Health Matrix sometimes there is no data in some of the rates. Example the
Breathing rate and Heart rate variability I looked at today showed no data. Sometimes I reboot my phone and I am able to populate it. Today I was not able. Anyone else have the same issue.

All the stats were working fine till yeaterday but after last night’s sleep(8hrs), i only see RHR but nothing on HRV and BR. It says no data from last night.
Restarted my iphone, fitbit, re-paired but nothing. App and phone have the latest updates and i have seen this issue posted at many forums. Can someone help here as official customer support doesnt seem to be available even after being a premium member.

I just recently bought a sense and so far have had intermittent results on the metrics tab.
Today the health metrics section of the app is not showing breathing rate, heart rate variability or Sp02. My heart rate and sleeping heart rate have both tracked elsewhere with no issues, as has sleeping heart rate on the restoration tab.
I have the Spo2 tracker app installed and all permissions given, although i did not have the spo2 clock face on overnight.
I have reset my phone and the fitbit sense but the data is still not appearing. All updates are installed.
I can see others have had issues with this but no answers seem have been given.
This is an expensive watch and premium is pretty useless without these features! Any suggestion please?

Sorry should have said my Oxygen variation has recorded on the restoration tab with no issues so i assume the spo2 is being recorded in some way?
Any help would be great!

I have only experienced this issue last night. Rather annoying. Hopefully it is just a blip snd will record properly tonight.

Got an online chat with customer support. Said a restart would allow data to be collected tonight. Not sure if it will restore ‘missing reading’ from last night though.
