Hi everyone. Thanks for letting us know about this issue.
Our team is aware of the missing Health Metrics data and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Please be sure your Fitbit device has the latest firmware version. Also remember that you need at least 3+ nights of sleep data to see those details as well.
I've moved your posts to this thread so we can keep our team informed of this situation. Your patience is truly appreciated and please know your feedback hasn't gone unnoticed. We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.
Thanks for being a Fitbit customer!

Same here, happened only last night, just like yours. Yet, stress score was available despite the missing metrics.
Hope it reverts back to normal by tomorrow morning.

Same here.
I have no data for breathing rate or heart rate variability in the metrics tab of the app. They are always there in the morning. My Spo2 came up as usual.

Hello @sparkles4. It's great to see you around.
Thank you very much for the detailed information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting. If you don't see health metrics data, I'd recommend taking into consideration the following information:
I also recommend reviewing this help article where you can confirm the tips above and additional information about health metrics: What should I know about health metrics in the Fitbit app?
Also, please perform a restart to your Charge 4 by following the instructions here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Been going on for me for 2 days now. Never had an issue with it previously. Got my sense at the end of April and have been using it daily since then.

Same issue with my Sense this morning. Emailed Fitbit and received their pat answer! Is it up to date and blah, blah. All other Health Metrics visible but those two!

It's been two days without data in the health metrics. I bought this phone 1 1/2 weeks ago. The only reason was for the sleep stats. Not impressed right now. I did so much research and now this.😡

Was there anything else you did? I never had transliteration enabled, and my HRV data hasn't shown up for 2 days now.

I am running iOS 14.6 currently. iPhone 6s Plus.
is 14.6 not after 14.2? I’m confused

Totally agree! I've had mine less than a week and I can't help but feel like I've been conned...
The reviews on amazon are 78% 5 star, yet if I sort by date and scroll through and they are overwhelmingly negative. Plus none of the comparison articles have a bad word to say (so obviously heavily sponsored)!
Another huge issue I've had is the accuracy of excercise tracker. It is completely out of whack! Took a 60min walk (mostly downhill/flat - got the bus home) And it logged 741 calories burned! No chance! Then when i tried to check the heart rate zones it just says "Not enough heart rate data available".
What is going fitbit?? Starting to wonder if this is remotely fit for purpose...

Same problem. Had the issue with Versa Lite/ Premium and no resolution from Support. Now have new Sense for 5 days and same issue.

Same issue with BR and HRV on my Sense this has only happened since last night. All other data is recorded including stress response. I'm with you if I'm not getting all the data offered, premium is pointless...

customer support has taken a huge nosedive. They need to take a look at how long we’ve been FitBitters before they suggest silly things like restarts. I’m tired of spending hours on support with no resolution. They don’t even read the emails they reply to! I had female tracking not showing on my watch, with no way to bring it back and FitBit was zero help. HOURS wasted. After a couple months, my female tracking reappeared.
I’m just disappointed with the FACT i paid $349 (FULL PRICE!) for my Sense, and? I bought the $40 warranty… but my heart rate is inaccurate during exercise (sometimes it’s spot on, but usually lags way behind).
@Fitbit , please stand by your product.
I’m living with the issues, but am angry that I paid $100+ more than others, and got a warranty, and am still dissatisfied!

Ok, I’m restarting.
Again.
Thanks for the input!
Good luck with your Fitbit! When they work? They’re AWESOME!

Me, three!
no HRV or breathing rate.
These are the first things that change in my when I’m getting sick/needing more rest, and I rely on them to plan my day and workout accordingly.
these features have been missing for the second day in a row, today, after being flawless (in this regard) since I got it.

FitBit needs an overhaul.
They REALLY need to stop telling us to restart our devices, because we’ve already tried that before contacting support (for the most part!), infuriating!

Two days for me also. No HRV or BR
