I bought this Sense on Thursday - 3 days ago.
It was tracking floors on the first two days. Now it stopped.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Before anything else, let me explain that your Sense uses an altimeter to track floors, and registers a floor when detecting continuous motion combined with an elevation gain of about 10 feet. There are some factors that may prevent your device from counting floors. For example, if you pause when you go up a flight of stairs, your device will not count the floor or if the flight you climbed is less than 10 feet. Exposure to excess moisture can also result in fewer floors, so make sure to wear it not too tight or loose.
That being said, if you've not done so please try restarting your Sense to refresh its performance and monitor its behavior in the next days.
