Sense stopped charging

My sence watch just stopped charging tried different chargers but still won't charge.

Welcome aboard @Scotty2021. Thank you for letting us know that your Sense stopped charging and that you have tried different chargers.

To charge your Sense again:

• Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?

• Make sure you use the charging cable that came with your device, as most cables aren't compatible with other devices.

  Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?

• Restart your device. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If your watch still doesn't work after a restart, contact Customer Support.
