Hello,
As I am removing my sense from the charger, I noticed that it was shut off. It was dead!
it was working well the day before, however it has been a while that am not seeing the update details on my watch as usual..
please I need help!

Hi @Radical-1234 - it could be contacts are dirty or a faulty charge cable, see How to check charge cable - Sense won't charge, won't start or blank screen.

Hello Guy,
Yes . It’s the 4 pins . One of them is pushed down and not equally with the other 3. I tried to bring it back up with my nail , but it didn’t work.
Does that mean that I have to buy another one ?

Hi @Radical-1234 - thanks for the feedback. If the watch is still under warranty ask Fitbit to send you a replacement or possibly quicker order one online.
You can contact Fitbit Support directly.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
Don't send your watch back if it was working previously, you won't get a new one back and it could take ages.
