Sense stopped getting notifications

A few days ago my Sense stopped receiving text notifications. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the watch and the app. I'm using Textra on a Note 20 Ultra. I had no issues before. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi @HollieAyne have you checked your settings? 

Is sleep mode or DND enabled? 

Does your Fitbit app have permission to run in the background?

Neither sleep or DND are enabled. It is allowed to run in the background. It was working fine until a few days ago.

I chatted with Fitbit and we were able to fix it. No idea what went wrong.
