My Sense has stopped receiving Hotmail and Gmail notifications. I have it set to use the Gmail app as the default and have hotmail come through the Samsung email app. I have tried reversing them but still no notifications. It always worked before. The only thing that has changed is installing Microsoft 365 on all my devices (desktop, laptop (both Windows 10), Samsung tablet and phone. I have uninstalled the Outlook app on my tablet and phone and deleted the email accounts from my desktop. I am not signed in to my Microsoft account on my laptop. I have checked the setup in the fitbit and everything appears to be set properly. Help please! 🙂😟

Solved: I discovered that notifications were not activated in Settings - Apps on my phone. Reactivated and... success! I can now see Hotmail and Gmail notifications on my Sense.

Mine quit working with text notifications and phone calls this morning. I keep rebooting my cell phone. That worked the first 2 times, but just a minute later, I hot a text and a call and I got nothing on my watch. Even their "End a Test Call" just stays blank & is not highlighted. I hope the support desk is monitoring this because I'm sure we're not the only ones.

Update: I discovered that my Sense was no longer paired with my phone. Fixed that but still no emails.
