I just bought both myself and my wife a new Samsung Galaxy a32. After changing phones neither of us get notifications like we should on our Sense. We have bothe went through all of the trouble shooting steps with none working. Both of us get sporadic notifications. Roughly 90% do not come through. Both worked very well on our old phones Galaxy s7 and LG stylo 4. Sense controls connected and all notifications enabled we have removed and readded device, restarted both phone as well as Sense. It's getting very frustrating as we both love our Sense.

Hi there, @Ckhawkins. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Sense devices before reaching out. I understand how frustrating this can be for you both.

As a first approach, please make sure that the Galaxy A32 meets the requirements listed here.

On a side note, as per the description of your post it seems that your Sense devices cannot connect properly to your new phones since you haven't yet forgotten the connection between your watches and the old phones' Bluetooth which would explain the connectivity issues you're running into. With that said, try the steps below:

  • Unpair your Sense from your old phone's Bluetooth and also from the new phone.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your new phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Sense again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Sense.
