Sense stopped receiving notifications after switching phones

Hello, I just switched from a Samsung 23 Ultra to a Samsung 24 Ultra and now I am no longer able to get the notifications of calls, text or messages on my Fitbit Sense. I have tried to adjust settings and permissions from every option under the Fitbit App to anything I can find in the Google acct. I log in now with my google acct/gemail. I have force stopped, uninstalled the app, unpaired, re-paired and turned off and on the watch several times. Is this a known issue and any specific other steps I should consider? The app/phone shows it's paired. Not sure if it's a privacy setting hidden somewhere or what the compatability issue is. Thank you!

Hi @FaithSBV - if you still have the old phone active remove the watch Bluetooth entries from it and logout of the Fitbit App and force stop it.

If you reinstalled the Fitbit App on the new phone you will need to setup notifications again.
