Stopped syncing, already checked Bluetooth

Hello @Maureenuna It's great to see you around!

 

Thank you for following our instructions. If your Sense isn't syncing, please make sure that it is paired to your Fitbit account. If by any chance you removed it, I suggest you to check your Bluetooth settings on your phone and look for the Sense. If it's listed there, I recommend removing the connection with your phone and your Fitbit device. You can do this as listed below:

 

*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.

*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

If you haven't done so, I recommend performing the troubleshooting steps suggested in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

Also, please make sure that the Fitbit App for your mobile device is up to date. For more details, click here: How do I use the Fitbit app?
