My Sense suddenly stopped tracking distance yesterday. Have no clue what triggered it. Tried turning the device on and off, re connecting the Bluetooth but still nothing. There’s a workaround provided by Fitbit to turn off automatic strides but would like for the issue to be formally resolved.

As you mentioned, many users have now confirmed that they were able to fix it by entering the stride length themselves. It's worth a try until our team has worked on the solution.
