My heart rate was always between very good to excellent, and one day it went to “Poor” for no reason. Nothing changes my routine! When I ask help to fix to error they send the links that I have already read them. It is about your watch, not the weather change, or coffee intake!

Hi @SedaC - you can see your heart rate in the heart tile and compare how it is over the days in question.
If you notice a change it might be good to consult with your doctor.
However if you are getting issues with HR during movement or exercise, it is known this is not an accurate measure.
Try restarting the watch and if there is still a problem you can still get yourself checked out in case there actually is an issue.
