I've had a Fitbit Sense for 2 years and love it. I noticed a week or two ago that it was no longer tracking my heart rate or sleep scores. I haven't changed the settings (although it's possible one of my kids did because they love messing with my watch)
Anyway. I have synced my watch with the app, wiped off the sensors, checked every setting I could find, and even did a factory reset. Nothing has helped. I was able to do an ECG today, so I'm hoping that something just got turned off and not that my watch is broken. Any suggestions of what to try next? Thanks.

Hi @amorinth - if you did a factory reset, reinstalled the watch and when wearing the watch and swiping the face to the left and tapping the Today app you don't see a heart rate then the watch has a fault unfortunately. (The Sense has no option to turn HR on/off).
If you are still in warranty it can be replaced otherwise do good research before replacing, later Fitbits don't have some of the features a Sense has.
