My sense, bought in December has stopped recording sleep data since last 2 nights. recording heart-rate and tracking exercise, but no sleep data. Says 'wear your fitbit to bed'. Also, the red sensors are not flashing. Have done a restart but still no red sensors.
Can someone please help if they have faced a similar issue?

Hi @ullassense As a restart hasn't helped I'd suggest you try a Factory Reset from the Setting's App. You will need to set it up again following that. If it doesn't help then contact Fitbit Support
