Sense stopped working after a factory reset

Hi,

My sense was acting up today, apparently it didnt sync to bluetooth anymore for a few days so i had to repair it, not a problem it worked fine and synced all my data, then when i wanted to workout i noticed the workouts button is basically not loading anything.

i found an article on the forum with some tips and the fix was supposed to be a factory reset, however when i reset mine it started getting into this boot loop where it restarted itself 20x within 10 seconds each time and now its fully unresponsive even on the charger…

 

anyone experienced this or had any tips?
