Sense stopped working, showing words in many languages

reboot watch, vibrates then gets a rectangle with an arrow pointing down with words in many different languages. will not reboot

@scoobeedoo Thank you for the information and for the troubleshooting steps you've attempted prior to posting! Looks like the behavior that your Sense is experiencing, is when it is in the initial setup process. If by any chance you unpaired the device from your account, my best recommendation is to try to setup one more time following the steps suggested in this link: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Feel free to try restarting your tracker once more. If the issue remains..

I have read the instructions and tried even uninstalling the app.  And my Sense still has the same problem.  It just says the install or snyc fails.
