About a year ago I was contacted by Fitbit that there was a recall on mine and they reached out to replace it with a Sense. Although I was told I would be reimbursed for the new one, I was not. I let it go. The tiny rubber band that is inside the watch fell apart and the top came off and the fitbit stopped working altogether and we can't get it operating again. What's my best option? Thanks!

here are the support contacts I've gleaned over the years on the forums.
when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.

If your Sense display is unresponsive, try restarting it by doing the following: Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.
