Sense stopped working

I woke up and Fitbit working and went out and screen went blank and I’ve tried to restart it holding it at the sides and tried charging again although I know it was 89% charged this morning . No lights on at the back of the watch either

Let me help you with the issues you are experiencing with your Sense that has stopped working. Thank you for the troubleshooting you have already tried.

See if your device is syncing to the app of your mobile device. If yes, check this help article How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? Sometimes, issues like the one you are describing are related to the display and this manipulation does the magic. It's worth a try.
