My fitbit sense seems died. It doesn't start at all. Initially I was thinking battery got drained so kept on charger for a long time and it was showing up temperature icon. Still it doesn't start up. Any suggestion, please?

Let me help you with the charging issues you are currently experiencing with your Sense. Thank you for the steps you have tried prior to post in the community.

When you see the temperature icon, do you see it in red or on blue? Usually, temperature below or above operating specifications may shown an icon like the one you describe.

In addition, please follow the suggestions listed in our help article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? if you haven't already done so.
