Sense stops tracking sleep at 12:39am 4 days in a row

My sense has stopped tracking my sleep at roughly 12:39am 4 nights in a row. I wear it on the correct wrist. It’s been tracking correctly since December 2020. I’ve restarted the device multiple times. I don’t wear it too lose or too tight. I’d think it was my movement at night accept it’s been stopping at almost the exact same time for 4 nights so that doesn’t seem to be my movement. What is wrong with this watch and how can I fix it? Because it’s not tracking my sleep correctly all of my other metrics are way off now. help!

Oh, and the battery has not been critically low.

@Starlyte3 Sorry to hear about your troubles.  Have you tried unpairing your Fitbit from your phone and repairing?  How about uninstalling the Fitbit app and reinstalling it?

If those two things don't correct the issues, I would try a factory reset of the device.

Thanks! I restarted my device, re-downloaded the app, and re-paired my
device to blue tooth. Hopefully that’ll solve the problem. I guess I’ll
know for sure tomorrow morning. --

My watch still isn’t tracking my sleep correctly. I’ve taken every action to fix the issue and to make sure I’m doing everything correctly and it still won’t work right.

How can I get my watch fixed?
