Hi my Fitbit sense strap isn’t holding - I have only had it just over a year and for the price I paid I’m disappointed - I’ve always had fitbits but they continually break so I feel I have no option but to move to an Apple Watch 🤷‍:female_sign:😪

Less than 6 months old my sense strap broke as well. I went to website and they have free replacements twice a year. Simple to use and shipped to me in about two days. In the meantime I got quality aftermarket 2 pack online that was inexpensive.
