About a week ago my Sense was working, then I put it on a charger for 30 minutes, came back and it was stuck in a rebooting state and support told me my only option was to buy a new device. IMO, the lack of a reset, and the infinite reboot state is a mfg/software defect, and it feels like FitBit isn't willing to take responsibility.
