Over the past 6 months, my sense has just lost features and accumulated software bugs nonstop. Sleep tracking no longer works, none of the sleep metrics work, the watch face just keeps reverting to "Set up wallet" screen and I can't swipe away from it. Did software updates just mess up this watch so I buy a new one?

Hi @kayimbo - you may not need a new watch at all but the Sense 1 is still available in the shops.
You probably need to do some troubleshooting, such as a watch restart, hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears.
Also logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and restart the phone because some of the issue may be phone related.
Sync the watch and ensure it continues to sync for starters.
