Sense stuck on Fitbit Logo

Please help - my sense is stuck on the logo - I have tried restarting it several times and then it tries a couple of times to restart again and then it gives up. 
it was fine this morning but this started when I tried to charge it. 
I have deleted the device from my phone but as it isn’t starting I can’t get it back on the app as not picking up
