Sense stuck on Fitbit Logo

I put my Sense on the charger this morning (it was at 13%). and it automatically tried to restart itself.  Now it’s stuck in a loop where it does a short vibrate, the logo appears, then disappears with a thin line that flashes across the entire face of the watch.  It’s not the updating line.  It’s much thinner and flashes for a millisecond.  Then that whole process starts over again.  I have tried rebooting it.  I have tried disconnecting it, shutting down Bluetooth and my phone, and restarting and reinstalling everything.  But now Bluetooth and the app won’t recognize the watch.  Help!

I'm having exactly same issue with my sense. We're you able to get it corrected and working again? If so what did you have to do?

I did. I contacted customer service via chat and they walked me through a reboot procedure. I got a big red x on the screen. The rep told me there was nothing more that they could do and sent me an offer for a replacement. But, once we ended our chat… I figured the red x was something new and I once again I reinstalled the Fitbit, rebooted my phone, turned BT on and off and now it works fine.
