Sense stuck on Fitbit Logo

I am so glad to see many of us have the same problem with fitbit. I am fed up  ,after their ionic bomb...I decided to stay loyal...what a crap decision I took the fitbit versa 3,this is the worst watch ever and the support is non existent. So thank you fitbit for making my decision for me!

HI @SunsetRunner - just in case it is recoverable did you try chat  via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
