Firmware update caused watch to get stuck 75% through. Then when the battery finally died and recharged it has been stuck on Fitbit logo screen for the last 2 days. Customer service is horrible. I do not care that its outside of warranty it was your update that caused the issue, then you want to offer me a measly discount on a watch that I paid $250 for! Never corporate will be hearing from me.
