Has anyone else had this issue? I have had my Fitbit sense for less than 2 years now. All of the sudden it shuts off and the blue icon appears. I tried doing a factory reset and restarting but it is still stuck on a loop and goes back to the blue icon on the screen. I have tried the troubleshooting suggestions and I have even spoken to their IT department. Nothing fixes it. I am now told that they cant do anything to assist me but suggested I buy a new Fitbit.

Best AnswerMy Sense is doing the same thing - for a second time. My first Sense went into a reboot loop after about one year of ownership. Fitbit replaced it free of charge. Now the replacement is in a reboot loop. I've had it about 10 months. They will not replace this one because it is not in warranty anymore. They offered a 35% discount. No way would I EVER purchase another Fitbit product. I would urge anyone thinking about buying a Fitbit to look for a better brand.
