Sense stuck on Fitbit logo

  • My fibit died one night and the next day I went to recharge it and what popped up on the screen was the fibit logo.
  • I tried holding the button to reset it and when that didn't work I tried to factory reset it and the logo just pops right back up.
  • I have tried charging it to full but it is hard to tell when it is full because I can't see the battery percentage. I have left it charging for three days and it still won't go away, I have let it die again and put it back charging.
  • I have tried to talk to customer support and they think it is a clock face but it isn't. 
  • Please if anyone has had this problem before please help me!

Hi @Lh2341 Try the following

Go to your Phones bluetooth settings and unpair the Sense. Remove your Sense from the Fitbi App.Turn off Bluetooth on the phone and restart your phone. Turn Bluetooth back on and try setting up your Sense again. If you can't connect to the Sense have a look at THIS Help Article on Set up problems

I’ve owned 4 devices now since 2017, and every singe one has crapped out. This time it was a Fitbit sense smart watch which lasted 16 months. I’m done with Fitbit devices, the ridiculous software and app, google removing key app features and the crap support. Apple just have to sit, do nothing and wait for people to come to them at this point.
