EDA Scan isn't working on my Sense

I saw a comment on here from someone with the same issue.  I tried their 'fix' which was to clean it with Windex but that didn't work for me.  I cleaned the front and back.  All other features work, but the EDA scan gives me the 'something went wrong' message, lets me try it two more times and then gives up.
