I can not get get to factory settings. Just stays stuck on fitbit logo.....

Hey did you manage to fix this. Mines has been doing the same since yesterday. Was working fine then just went to the logo all day.

No not at all. Turned off the Bluetooth and removed the sense from the app. It then gave me the logo with a circle around it. Added the sense back on the app turned on the Bluetooth and it did an update. Thought I had cracked it but sadly it went back to just the logo. Can't get to the setting or anything. Advice came from Reddit.back to square one

lucky you!  1 year warranty on a 400$ product is not sufficient! Mine died, no longer on warranty.  It was working perfectly fine until untimely death,
