Hi,
I am facing issue with with Fitbit Sense wrt to charging.
I am unable to charge. When even I try to charge it gives the following error.
" Not Charging - Your fitbit device is above operating temperature. Cool it down to resume charging"
Note: I have done restart multiple times. Looked for any update. Uninstalled and installed the app. But it does not charge. I put the pebble in refrigerator and then tried to charge, it charged for 1% then again the same error.
Kindly help.

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @Krishnan1974!
Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Sense. From what you've mentioned I'd urgently recommend not to wear your device any longer and to contact Fitbit support as soon as possible. Do not try to charge your device and put it in a fire save place or container!
I've moved your post to the Sense forum to keep things organized.

Best AnswerFitBit Sense is a fail product in India - because the charger is buggy and breaks every three month - replacement is a pain with KYC and they dont have any service center in India. Fellow Indian avoid this company and look for companies that respect Indian customers.
Thanks for the reply. Any recommendations...
Best AnswerMy Fitbit is completely dead now. The shelf life of fitbit is pathetic. I cannot keep investing on Fitbit watches considering it is priced heavily too. So that's end for me as far as fitbit is concerned. Time to move on for the ones that has a longer life and better.
