Today my sense watch has the logo screen and I cannot get pass it. I have tried resetting it and tried to reinstall it with no luck. I see there has been several post of the same issue. Has anyone received a fix for this? Other than too bad. Here a coupon and buy a new watch. Does anyone know if there is a fix for this being worked on?

Hi there, @Twlewis1950. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Sense before reaching out.
Please note the issue you're having comes from performing a factory reset without first unpairing your Fitbit device from your Fitbit account and phone's Bluetooth settings. With that being said, I suggest following the steps below in the order listed:
If you can't get started with your Sense, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Thank you for our response. I have tried all of the above suggestions and still cannot get pass the Fitbit image. I have even deleted the application from my phone and reinstalled. When I try to install the Sense, I get as far as searching for my phone and it asks if then power is on! I have restarted my watch (it is connected to Power) and verified the Bluetooth is on.
Again it asked if the power is on. Since the logo is on the face of the watch, I will assume that it is on. Although the sensor light do not light up.
Since there are so many people having this issue all at once , one would think that this is a problem at Fitbit. What fo you suggest next?
