Sense stuck on Fitbit logo

when are fitbit going to admit to the fact that their app up date has caused the massive issue of people’s Senses being stuck in the logo loop and either compensate those people or find away to sort the problem. I can not be the only person to have bought their Sense after the recall of the Ionic and now we have another useless brick!

Same issue. My fitbit went to logo & I am frustrated because I loose every day of tracking.  This is my 2nd fitbit but maybe it's time for change!

As it seems you are now just ignoring me. I will now send a copy of my communications with Fitbit support to British trading standards. I will also copy these communications to the Fitbit community forum. With a recommendation that the community member cease to support Fitbit in anyway. I will also be recommending that the community lets people know their feeling on Fitbit  through product review sites and particularly to the Amazon reviews and to let these sites know that Fitbit isn’t ethical in its dealings with its clients or ecologically friendly in dealing with its products.

 
I had been about to change phones from Apple (I have used Apple products since the early 1980s) to Googles pixel phone. I will be contacting Google to explain that I will no longer be changing to them as a result of Fitbits actions. 
 
I feel unable to express the depth of my disappointment in Fitbit in this matter having been a very loyal customer for such along time!

As it seems that you are either unable or unwilling to address any of the concerns I have a raised please escalate this to your supervisor so that someone can actually take responsibility for this. 
I would have to say that so far your response has been amazingly under-whelming. I am prepared to take this all the way to James Park if necessary though I do believe he would expect his subordinates to be able to handle this.

I'm worried about galaxy... aren't they owned by Google? As I understand it,  Google now owns fitbit and this is basically their blunder.

Galaxy is own by Samsung. Google own Pixel. was about to change from iPhone to Pixel won’t be now!

They don't get it! I have 3 Fitbits that are useless (an older one, a versa
snd a sense, . I don't want a coupon i just want what i have to work! No
more time wasted on a product that requires continuous replacement!

Does anyone need bands for their Sense...lol Received my Apple watch the other day. The only issue the battery doesn't last to long, but other than that I am pretty happy with the investment

So, my Fitbit is still a paperweight. 
Tried all the things and needless to say, Fitbit lost another customer. 
I too am jumping the Fitbit ship. I bought myself a Garmin Forerunner. 
I’ve been a Fitbit member since 2015 and as an avid runner and athlete, I’m sad that I’m losing my stats, but I deserve better. 
Right now their customer service shows zero integrity and compassion and their product sucks. We should not have to work so hard to get something to work when it isn’t our fault. 
Oh, by the way, I did call Apple and submitted a refund of my premium this cycle they just charged me.

Hi. 

Everything is going on the same way here. Sense sticks a in boot loop after 1.5 years. I bought it after my husband's ionic was recalled.

Happily i'm in France so we have a 2 years warranty. I should receive mine one day... But still waiting and don't know when. 

Same customer service with exactly the same sentences. They lost my files betwen fitbit and google account. So Boring...so annoying... So much money out... I'm so upset.

Next one would be garmin maybe. For sure no more fitbit !

I first noticed that my battery was draining very quickly.  Now it is stuck with the Fitbit logo.  The watch is useless.  I have tried to shutdown and restart multiple times, but nothing works.  I will not replace this watch with another Fitbit product.  What a piece of junk!

Google and Fitbit are terrible companies.  The Fitbit watch will eventually disappear because it is such a poor product.
