Sense stuck on Fitbit logo

I bought a Fitbit Sense back in Jan 2023 through Amazon with a warranty. Around October it was stuck on the logo. 

Called customer support. That didn't work,  filed a claim and got denied because it wasn't purchased with an AUTHORIZED dealer. 

Now, waiting for Auserion to accept my claim because I was denied twice by them because it's still under manufacture warranty. Very frustrated. It's all a big circle with no resolution. 

Someone fix the system

Hi @Antonia7 unfortunately you have to be careful when purchasing items at Amazon. It must be purchased and shipped from Amazon. If the seller isn't Amazon, then it's a third party retailer or even an individual selling products through Amazon. I bought my Inspire 3 from Amazon and added a warranty, too. I made sure it was sold and shipped by Amazon to avoid the problem. If you paid by credit card, see if there is anything they can do. Often they have insurance which can help you with this.
