Thanks for resurrecting the thread that showed the frustration of many owners who are experiencing the same issue simultaneously. It is quite obvious that this is not an isolated problem. Fitbit is refusing to accept fault for this and is stating there is no evidence that it is a software problem.
How many more "coincidences" need to be documented for this to be seen as evidence?
My sense I doing the same... Started today.

Try removing device from the app and then adding as a new device. This worked for me.

Best AnswerHave tried the hard reset like Fitbit asked. Their only solution…here’s a discount for a new one because it’s just out of warranty and we don’t want to lose you as a long time Fitbit user. 🤦:female_sign:

Mine stopped working while I was wearing it more than a week ago. Just stopped tracking and started flashing the logo off and on.
Have fully charged multiple times, tried reset, removed it and tried re-adding it but it won’t connect. Incredibly frustrating. Barely a year old.
