Hi there, @Satchun. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums.

To better assist you, would you mind letting me know whether you have issues with your Sense? Is it still stuck on the Fitbit logo? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps to solve the issue?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks for resurrecting the thread that showed the frustration of many owners who are experiencing the same issue simultaneously.  It is quite obvious that this is not an isolated problem.   Fitbit is refusing to accept fault for this and is stating there is no evidence that it is a software problem.

How many more "coincidences" need to be documented for this to be seen as evidence?

Mine stuck on the logo this morning. Tried resetting per the manual - no change. Did you get a resolution? If so, how did you do so?

Removed phone from Fitbit app and then added phone as a new device. Worked
like a charm. I am up and running.

Try removing device from the app and then adding as a new device.  This worked for me.

Try removing device from the app and then adding as a new device. I did
this and my Fitbit is working again.

Eventually, after trying many variations, managed to do a factory reset.
Now up and working again. It nearly got recycled and replaced with a Garmin.

Cannot add it as a new device as the bluetooth cannot be turn on; the device CANNOT BE TURN ON, it is stuck on the fitbit logo.

The solution I used was to delete the phone from the Fitbit app. Then add
the phone as a new device. You will need to treat it as a brand new start.
Then my Fitbit worked.

Been stuck for 4days. Removed it and Cannot add it as a new device as the bluetooth cannot be turn on; the device CANNOT BE TURN ON. Resetting just makes it flash off and on a few times then stay stuck on loading screen again! So frustrating…..

We did a hard reset on Fitbit.
Ensured Bluetooth was on all the time on phone.
Then removed the device from Fitbit app.
Reinstalled the device as a new device.

Many thanks for this helpful response. I had tried that before I posted the comment, but will give it another go. Thanks again.

Have tried the hard reset like Fitbit asked. Their only solution…here’s a discount for a new one because it’s just out of warranty and we don’t want to lose you as a long time Fitbit user. 🤦‍:female_sign:
It’s a known issue by many users…stand by your product!

Mine stopped working while I was wearing it more than a week ago. Just stopped tracking and started flashing the logo off and on.
Have fully charged multiple times, tried reset, removed it and tried re-adding it but it won’t connect. Incredibly frustrating. Barely a year old.
