Tried resetting after recharging several times and no luck. Likewise mine is just over a year old. Very disappointing that it is a common fault and Fitbit’s lack of an acceptable resolution.
Best AnswerMine started this last night. Battery drained overnight as the logo screen was on all night. Recharged and tried to reboot this morning. Nothing! Just the fitbit logo and nothing else. Not synching to the app - don't know how to move forward
Best AnswerI'm currently going through this issue and definitely not encouraged by all the feedback I'm seeing. My watch was working fine until I noticed it vibrating every couple of seconds. It's stuck in a reboot loop and won't stop.

Best AnswerSame issue here. Sense was tracking everything until sometime yesterday when it got stuck in a reset loop. Only shows the Fitbit logo for a bit, goes black, vibrates and back to Fitbit logo. Attempting to reset it using the side sensor has no effect. I've unpaired the device, probably shouldn't have done that as I have no idea how I'm going to sync it again...
Anyone who finds a solution, greatly appreciate it being shared here

I have some good news for all the people whose "sense" watch got stuck on Fitbit logo. I had the issue for more than two weeks and finally it came up with the big "Red X" this morning and I was able to upgrade, reinstall and reset the watch and it is back working as it should. My message to everyone is that all is not lost and there is no need to despair. Also, don't try too hard, which I did and almost got a sore thumb.
I suggest the following:
Wish you all the best!
All this doesn't change my disposition towards Fitbit though. I will use the current watch as long as it works. Fitbit is not getting another dime from me EVER and if I have any say, from any of my friends and relatives. I am sure I have a lot of them on this Community.
I think it is risky to completely drain the battery because some users had trouble charging after that. That should not be the case of course but it is never good to completely drain, and the tiny fitbit battery may be especially sensitive to doing that.
I had a bootloop issue with fitbit logo repeatedly showing. I let it loop for a while and then managed to reset using the instruction of repeatedly pressing the button at the right time, and it worked after a couple of tries.
The main trick is not to give up. You have to get the press timing right. I don't think it has to be done repeatedly, just twice probably, with good timing. Do it twice and wait to see if it worked. If not, let it loop again and try again. Yea it is ridiculous but probably it will eventually work.
***The other thing I did is turn off the bluetooth on all devices (laptop, phone, unplug FireTV stick...). Because I think the loop is due to trying to connect to bluetooth and failing, maybe. Good luck everyone, don't despair. It will almost certainly resurrect eventually.
They refurbished the pebbles we send in. Only for them to act up 2 tp 6 months later.
Mine started looping the 7th as well
It shows the logo and plays a chime , then repeats
