Hi, My Fitbit sense suddenly rebooted and is stuck at Fitbit Sense logo. I tried charging, resetting, hard resetting etc. but nothing helped . I reached out to support and they told me my fitbit is out of warranty. However, I fail to understand why it suddenly got stuck at fitbit logo (seems like software upgrade issue). Could somebody in Fitbit sense software confirm if any new software was pushed to my watch ? Thanks
