My sense has been stuck on the tile with the heart rate and time for a week. It will not change at all. However, the device still works and synchs with the app on my phone. I can even get phone calls and text messages... just can't answer them. What is the problem? What can I do? It is out of warranty. Battery runs down quickly, too. Sleep report isn't exactly right anymore either. Help!

Hi @yogitude - it seems to be suffering and may have internal damage, if when charging it gets hot stop immediately.
Try a restart by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
You can also try changing the clock face from the phone as it is syncing as this can sometimes be an issue, though in this case it is unlikely.

Thanks for answering. Actually, it gets cold when charging and I get a message that says to warm it up. Craziness. I've tried the restart. Didn't work. I'll try changing the clock face. Thanks again! Probably need to buy a new one. Can't decide whether a Sense 2 or Versa 4. I think it has something
to do with swimming and getting wet. May have to remove it in the pool, but waterproofing is a big reason why I bought the darn thing.

@yogitude - unfortunately seals aren't very reliable and if your Sense is not under warranty don't go for the later more expensive ones, as they are not compatible with what you have been using and some features you may be using are removed.
Best check the forums first.
